Caglificio Clerici is part of the large Sacco System family, a biotech centre of international excellence in the food, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.

The Group – now a holding company – includes four companies (Caglificio Clerici SPA, Sacco SRL, Centro Sperimentale del Latte SRL and Kemikalia SA) and has been able to conquer over the years a strong market position in the production of enzymes, bacterial and probiotic cultures.

Four independent companies united in a single network to share resources and know-how while preserving the characteristics and production specificities of the individual companies.
