Caglificio Clerici awarded the EcoVadis gold medal for environmental sustainability.
Caglificio Clerici has been recently assessed by EcoVadis, one of the most important sustainability-rating providers in the world. The assessment process included a detailed analysis by a team of experts who examined environmental performance, ethics and labour as well as human-rights-related aspects.
The company was given a score of 71/100 and found to perform to an “advanced level”; as a result, Caglificio Clerici was honoured with the EcoVadis Gold Medal. This result places Caglificio Clerici in the 1% percent of best-performing companies assessed by EcoVadis in terms of sustainability for players in the dairy-product sector.
This badge of honour is a just reward for all the efforts poured into various environmental reporting and circular-economy projects as well as the ethic-centric initiatives and policies initiated over the last few years. This award fills us with immense pride and confirms that we are on the right track, spurring us to persevere, stay committed and keep on improving.
